Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Fem² is a members' community for feminine women who are attracted to women, and for women who want to be in that community. Membership is by application, invitation, or event code, and we may approve or decline any application.
• Fem² is operated from and intended for people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following your local laws.

• Give accurate information, use photos of yourself, and keep one account.
• Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account. You're responsible for activity on it.
• Tell us right away at info@femsquared.com if you think your account was accessed without permission.

Fem² only works if everyone protects the room. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or demean anyone, including through hate speech or slurs.
• Out anyone, or share another member's photos, messages, identity, or private information outside Fem² without her permission. This includes screenshots.
• Impersonate anyone, create fake or duplicate accounts, or misrepresent who you are.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit content, or anything involving minors.
• Scam, solicit money, sell services, or spam members.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or try to break, probe, or overload the Service.
• Post anything illegal or that violates someone else's rights, including copyright.

The house rules shown in the app are part of these Terms.

We do not run criminal background checks or verify every statement members make. You are responsible for your own interactions, online and in person. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and report anything that feels wrong. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off Fem².

You can report posts, messages, and members in the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close accounts that break these Terms, at our discretion and without notice where needed to protect members. We use human review and automated tools to help keep the community safe, but we have no obligation to monitor everything.

You keep ownership of what you post: photos, posts, replies, messages, and profile content ("Your Content"). You give Fem² a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and adapt Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for legal reasons or already shared by other members in conversations.

You're responsible for having the right to post anything you upload, including photos of other people, public figures, or celebrities, and images linked from other sites. If you don't have the rights, don't post it. We may remove any content that we believe infringes someone's rights. Copyright complaints follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Paid memberships, free trials, and stickers are covered by our Membership, Billing & Cancellation Terms. Stickers and other digital items are a limited license to use within Fem². They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.

The Fem² name, logos, design, illustrations, stickers, written content, and software belong to FemSquared LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without our written permission. You also may not scrape, download in bulk, reverse-engineer, or recreate the Service or its content, or use any part of it to build or train a competing product or service.

You can delete your account at any time in your settings or by emailing info@femsquared.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or put members at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (like 6, 9, and 11 to 14) continue after your account ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that you will find a friend or partner.

To the extent the law allows, Fem² is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything another member does. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

If you break these Terms or the law, and that causes a claim against Fem², you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, including legal fees.

If something goes wrong, email info@femsquared.com first and give us 30 days to try to fix it. If we can't, these Terms are governed by New Mexico law, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, except that either of us may use small claims court.

Your mobile carrier's normal data and messaging rates apply when you use Fem², and those charges are your responsibility. If you download our app from the App Store or Google Play, those stores' terms also apply to the download. These Terms still govern your use of Fem².

We may update these Terms. For meaningful changes we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Fem² after that means you accept the update.
