Privacy Policy

Being a Fem² member, and some things you share (like dating preferences), can reveal your sexual orientation. We treat that as sensitive information. By joining, you consent to us processing it only to provide the Service to you. We never use it for advertising, never sell it, and never share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us run Fem².

• To run the Service: profiles, matching, threads, messages, and stickers.
• To keep members safe: reviewing reports, preventing fake accounts and abuse, and enforcing the house rules.
• To send account emails: verification, password resets, trial reminders, receipts, and important updates.
• To improve Fem², using information about how features are used.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

• Other members see your profile, posts, and replies. Messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Dating details are visible only to members who also use Dating.
• Our service providers process data on our behalf under contract:

• Legal requests: we share information only when required by law, such as a valid court order. Where the law allows, we'll notify you first.
• If the company changes hands, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Anything you share with other members can be screenshotted or repeated. Sharing another member's information outside Fem² breaks our house rules, but please share thoughtfully.

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud reasons, such as payment records. Messages you sent may remain visible to the people you sent them to.

All US members can ask us to:

• See the personal information we have about you, and get a copy.
• Correct information that's wrong.
• Delete your account and personal information.
• Limit our use of your sensitive information to what's needed to provide the Service.

You can edit most of your information in your profile and delete your account in your settings. For anything else, email info@femsquared.com from the address on your account. We respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. Some states, including California, give residents these rights by law; we extend them to every member, and we never treat you differently for using them.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and database rules that limit who can see what. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you notice anything unusual.

Fem² is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Fem² is intended for people in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
