Copyright & DMCA Policy

Email our designated agent at info@femsquared.com with the subject "DMCA Notice." Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
3. Where the material is on Fem², with enough detail for us to find it (a link or the member's display name and the post).
4. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We'll remove or disable the material and let the member who posted it know.

If you believe your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What was removed and where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or New Mexico, if you're outside the US), and that you'll accept service from the person who filed the original notice.

We'll forward it to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they've filed a court action, we may restore the content.

We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.

Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims in a notice or counter-notice can be liable for damages.
