Membership, Billing & Cancellation Terms

Prices are in US dollars and may include sales tax where required.

• You'll add a payment method to start your trial. You won't be charged during the trial.
• When the trial ends, your plan's monthly price is charged automatically unless you cancel before then.
• We'll email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends.
• One free trial per person.

After any trial, your membership renews automatically every month on your billing date, and we charge the payment method on file. It keeps renewing until you cancel.

• Go to Membership in the app and tap Manage or cancel. You can also email info@femsquared.com.
• Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your trial or current month, then your account moves to the free experience.
• Cancel during your trial and you're never charged.
• We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

Membership charges are non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email info@femsquared.com and we'll look into it.

• The $5.99/month Founding rate stays locked for as long as your membership stays active without a gap.
• If you cancel and later rejoin, the current public price applies.
• Founding seats are limited to 50, are personal to you, and can't be transferred or sold.

We may change the public price. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and it applies from your next billing date. You can cancel before then. Changes never affect the Founding rate while it stays active.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. If it still can't be collected, paid features may pause until your payment method is updated.

• Stickers and sticker packs are final sale. They're non-refundable, have no cash value, and can't be exchanged or transferred.
• They're a license to use within Fem². If your account is closed for breaking our Terms, you may lose access to them.

Memberships and stickers are purchased on femsquared.com. Our mobile apps let you sign in and use what you've bought there.
