The creed

1. IThis is a femme space.Unapologetically, without explanation, without shrinking. We were built to be underestimated. Not here.
2. IIYou show up real.No performance, no borrowed self. The woman you are is the woman we want.
3. IIIWe protect each other. What threatens one of us, threatens the room. We move accordingly.
4. IVWe see and are seen. The whole point is recognition — you find your people because you let yourself be found.
5. VYou contribute. This isn't a window to watch through. You bring something, or you make space for someone who will.

The pledge

“I come as myself. I guard this room like it’s mine, because it is. I will be seen, and I will see her. This is ours.”
